Participant Requirements & Guidelines
- Each station will be given a 100 sq ft space consisting of a 10 x 10 tent, front presentation table and a back prep table, tabletop signage, and linens.
- Each participant will be provided with basic on-site power and may ‘plug-in’ using extension cords only. Power strips and splitters are strictly prohibited.
Fees & Credentials
- Cost to participate in Wok ‘n Roll is FREE for exhibitors.
- Tickets for additional staff, executives, PR professionals and family/friends will be available for purchase at a 25% discount with proceeds going to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
- Each participant at Wok ‘n Roll will receive two vendor wristbands for employees working at the event.
- Signed participant form must be completed and returned to festival management no later than two weeks before the event.
