Knallhart Management Group is her home, where she is responsible for new concept beverage development, menu development, beverage profitability, responsible service, and the hiring, development, and beverage consistency of all outlets. Her refined palate isn’t that of luck but springs from years of travel, training, and dedication to her craft. She has held front of house positions across South East Europe in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia. She moved to the US in 2013 after a one year internship with Marriott International. Her multinational experience and love for the flavors of the world equip her with a striking edge. Whether she is strategizing, educating, leading, or creating, the passion and talent that she brings to Knallhart Management Group is substantial.
