- Partner’s product to be featured at VIP Lounge Bar at The Grand Tasting (partner to provide enough product for 750 guests)
- Clickable logo on ‘Partner’s’ page of VLFoodWine.com
- Clickable logo on individual event pages, in which the partner is participating, on VLFoodWine.com
- Ability to capture real-time sales, with offsite fulfillment at all activations -4 Social media posts about the partner (assets to be provided by partner)
- Opportunity to hang 4 banners on perimeter fencing at The Grand Tasting (provided by partner)
- Tickets (in addition to vendor wristbands): 4 tickets to The Feast: An Evening of Italian Culture & Flavor, 4 tickets to BBQ at the Beach, 4 tickets to Beachside Brunch, 14 General Admission tickets to The Grand Tasting and 6 VIP tickets to The Grand Tasting.

Participant Requirements & Guidelines
- Please arrive as self-contained as possible with product ready to sample at all events. •
- Provide product and sample 750 tasting sized portions at The Feast: An Evening of Italian Culture & Flavor, BBQ at the Beach or Beachside Brunch
- Provide product and sample 2,000 tasting sized portions at The Grand Tasting.
- Provide two cases of product to be featured at bar in the VIP Lounge at The Grand Tasting.
- Ice will be available on site.
- You may bring your own branded service items, but they MUST be disposable (preferably recyclable-Glass is NOT permitted to be handed out to guests).
- Potable water will be available on site for cleaning purposes.
- Access to basic power is available if you request it. Please let festival staff know if needed by Jan 1, 2027 for placement purposes.
Fees & Credentials
- Cost to be an Official Beverage Partner is $3,000.00.
- Signed form and payment must be completed and submitted to festival management by Jan 1, 2027.
- Each Official Beverage Partner will receive a total of 4 vendor wristbands to The Grand Tasting upon check-in on event day and two vendor wristbands for each event they are participating in, no exceptions.
- Wristbands for additional staff are available for purchase at a 25% discount with proceeds going directly to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and must be purchased by Jan 8, 2027.
