When life gives you limes, you make Margaritas!
Want to celebrate Cinco de Mayo from the comfort of your own home? Join us with Chef Jorge Montes and live music from DJ Rio for a free class where we will be making three different agave based cocktails.
The cocktails we will be preparing are:
- Mezcal/Fruit Pairing – Chef Jorge will lead us through a Mezcal pairing and tasting to kick off the party.
- Charred Grapefruit-Mezcal Paloma – We’re taking the freshness of a Paloma to new levels with smoky Mezcal and torched fresh grapefruit – Oy ye!
- Guava-Mint Margarita aka the Miami-Rita – This is not your average margarita! We’ll be using the flavors of Miami to create a fresh tequila smash with guava, mint, and fresh limes. Dale!
