The Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival is bringing back the Greater Fort Lauderdale Ale Trail activation at The Grand Tasting in 2025.  As a craft brewery located in Broward County, you are welcome to participate in this tasting experience at no cost to you.  To participate, we kindly ask that you fill out the form below:

Participant Requirements & Guidelines

• Please arrive as self-contained as possible with product ready to sample.
• Provide product for 2,000 tasting-sized portions for the Grand Tasting.
• Ice will be available on-site for all tasting tables.
• Each tasting table will consist of one 6’x30” serving table, black table linen and napkins.
• All guestswill receive a tasting glass upon entry to The Grand Tasting.
• You may bring your own branded service items, but they MUST be disposable (preferablyrecyclable).
• Glass is NOT permitted to be handed out to guests.
• Potable water will be available on site for cleaning purposes.
• Please provide any table décor and promotional materials to highlight your product.
• Power is available at an additional fee, based on electrical requirements.

Fees & Credentials

• There is NO cost to showcase your brand at The Grand Tasting, Participation is FREE.
• Signed participant form must be completed an returned to festival management by Jan 3, 2025.
• Each Beverage Tasting Table will receive a total of 2 vendor wristbands to The Grand Tasting upon check-in on event day, no exceptions.
• Wristbands for additional staff are available for purchase at a 25% discount and must be purchased by Jan 8, 2025.

• Support the local hospitality industry to establish Broward County as a regional and national culinary destination.
• Market your product to guests and the local hospitality industry (bars/restaurants/retail establishments) to gain brand awareness and generate future sales.
• Support local charity as we raise much needed funds for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
