Participant Requirements & Guidelines
  •  Prepare 500 tasting-sized portions. Samples should be easy to eat with a fork, spoon or fingers (no cutting required).
  • Please arrive as self-contained as possible with food ready to plate and serve.
  • Basic on-site power will be provided, shall you require it. If so, please let festival management know about this need no later than two weeks prior to the event.
  • Potable water will be available on site for cleaning purposes.
  • Ice will be available on site. Please let festival management know if you will need more than two bags of ice no later than two weeks prior to the event.
  • Electric burners and single butane burners are permitted for cooking purposes. Use of propane is strictly regulated and must be approved by festival management.
  • On-site sales are prohibited.
  • Restaurants may bring their own service items, but they must be disposable (preferably recyclable).
  • Any grease or oils used for cooking must be properly disposed of by the restaurant participant.
  • Glass is not permitted to be handed out to guests.
  • Please bring any needed extension cords, carts or mats for prep and serving.
  • Decorate your tent to best highlight your brand.
  • Each station will consist of one 10’x10’ white tent, two 6’x30” tables with black linens, trash receptacle, signage with the restaurant’s name and generic disposables (tasting plates, forks and napkins).
  • Discounted proteins for use at the Beachside Brunch will be available from Sunshine Provisions. Ordering instructions will be provided by the festival.

Fees & Credentials
  • Cost to participate in the Beachside Brunch is FREE for Restaurant Participants.
  • Tickets for additional staff, restaurant executives, PR professionals and family/friends will be available for purchase at a 25% discount with proceeds going to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
  • Each restaurant participant at the Beachside Brunch will receive four vendor wristbands for employees working at the event, as well as two guest tickets.
  • Signed participant form must be completed and returned to festival management no later than two weeks before the event.
